Job Description

  • Participating in setting, monitoring and achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the overall operations of OCs, OC excellence, delivery of high quality service to clients (Consultants and Patients), and overseeing the continuous improvement of clinic operations and revenues.
  • Liaising with GM on all aspects of potential clinical risks; financial, operational, and safety.
  • Supplying Management with relevant information about market environment, competitors, and areas of development.
  • Assisting the GM with the development of Oasis growth strategy based on an effective market analysis.
  • Improving the outreach, branding and market positioning of OC while focusing on increasing Clinic and OR revenues.
  • Developing strategy to improve customer satisfaction (Patients & Consultants).

  • Ensuring OC policies are effectively implemented in both the Clinics and Surgical Center.
  • Reducing financial risks, ensuring cost control, analysis of revenue streams, and effective waste management.
  • Setting and monitoring standards through regular audits and checking regulatory
  • compliance.
  • Controlling of clinical risks, hazards, and infection control.
  • Providing clinical leadership for MDs and Nursing according to the set codes,
  • ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Setting and tracking all department KPIs and address key improvement areas.
  • Monitoring manpower plan and operational requirements.
  • Developing and overseeing the strategic medical procurement plan.
  • Maximizing administrative information security and patient confidentiality.
  • Ensuring proper billing and inventory measures are being followed by all staff.
  • Reporting any deviation from policies and procedures to GM and suggests
  • appropriate actions/policies in order to prevent similar incidences in the future.
  • Suggesting new policies to improve overall operations.
  • Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the GM.
