Job Description
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications & systems.
- Help in implementing and monitoring backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Review applications or systems logs and take necessary actions.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts, Installation and configuration, Version controlling, Release management, workstations and mobiles configuration.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Upgrade computers and servers with new releases and models.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Keep and create technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years of experience in information technology.
- BCS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Preferably worked on CM environment.
- Very good analytical and Creative problem solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
