Job Description
We are looking for a Sales expert, ideally with Finance background.
Main Job Duties:
- You will act as technical presales professional as well as a business expert and Working as Solutions expert who assists the sales, pre-sales, senior and executive management teams to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements in order to propose solutions that can best meet their requirements
- Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios
- Actively support the sales teams in promoting and identifying solutions, articulating functional fit and completeness, responding to bid cycles, to the customer requests for information ( RFI-RFP)
- Generate leads, make strong solution sales pitch, negotiate, manage quotation/proposal or any other email communication and close deals.
- Responsible for doing follow-ups and field visits to potential clients.
- Responsible for preparing proposals, quotation and any other related docs for clients, as per their requirement.Identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet our revenue and gross profit objectives.
- Focus attention on the highest priority accounts that are in line with our company strategy.
- Work with Product Development team and make them understand client’s requirement to provide effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and a positive reputation within the industry.
- Responsible for executing Sales Campaigns.Provide inputs to product management based on customer needs, trends & competition to build product roadmap.
Job Requirements
- Experience selling in the ERP software market place
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time and flexibility in work schedule
- Years of experience from 5-15
