About the job
- Perform any 3D modeling and virtual reality models.
- Convert the conceptual ideas into 3D scenes, Interior or Exterior of residential, commercial and industrial …… buildings
- Making all presentation tasks & stages from modeling, cameras, materials, scenes, lights to final rendering and presentation then produce final productions of different types (SKETCHES/ SHOTS /MOVIES /ANIMATIONS /VIDEOS /VR /360 SPACE / 2D/3D COLORED PLANS)
- Make & produce full design packages starting from idea & as built drawings till working & shop drawings for architectural, interior & landscape designs, passing by BOQs & specs. preparation
- Attending regular meetings and site visits with clients, contractors and other specialists and coordinate designs with all other departments
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Experience of 1 - 3 Years with minimum 1 year in 3d max final rendering
- Computer Skills (Microsoft office, power point....)
- Able to conduct, manage meetings and coordinate all departments designs
- Able to use AutoCAD , 3d Max, V-ray, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Maya… soft wares
- Able to work at Projects outside and inside Cairo
- Good Knowledge of Standards & codes
- Residence near by New Cairo is preferable
