Job Description
- Representing the company legally before all governmental, private and public bodies in relation to obligations, rights, contracts and legal procedures related to the company's business.
- Performs research including through the use of legal databases,collects and reviews information and makes recommendations.
- Follow &and finalize all cases filled for or against the company at courts, as well as dealing with police Stations and the prosecutions.
- Responsible for following up relations with governmental, legal, private and investment institutions and partners, and editing and reviewing all contracts and agreements of the company with these entities legally.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of expedience
- Good in English language spoken & written commands
- Males Only
- Excellent command of MS office.
- Ability to develop & amend various contract types.
- Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill
