Job Description

Key responsibilities of a marketing manager vary according to the business, but some of them are common:

  • Prepare compliance to all objectives related to the business development and make sure that they work in favor with all types of assigned markets.
  • Develop and implement all product development programs for various markets.
  • Plan for a sales development program for customers.
  • Design various different marketing strategies and implement them to administer all communication programs for markets and ensure that they are beneficial in generating profit by fulfilling the business objectives.
  • Design various marketing programs for the organization and coordinate for the activities of all generation.
  • Supervise all the collateral of marketing and collaborate with the sales department to assist the customers' response.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technology team and organize all internal resources to ensure support to fulfill all the requirements of the customer and prepare a development product plan accordingly.
  • Provide assistance to the team and other co-workers in the industry, supervise all product release conveyance, participate in various marketing activities, trade shows and industry events.
  • Participate and provide assistance to all new product launches and their releases for both external and internal markets, stay updated and acknowledged with the marketing strategies of the competitors, work with an objective to adhere customer requirement, etc.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and product owners in order to ensure compliance to all needs of the clients; manage all communication related task such as target media outreach and press releases.
  • Manage budgets, measure success, manage agencies, ensure timely delivery, approve product designs, make customer targeted decisions, build a good rapport with the customer by providing quality service, develop guidelines for juniors, understand potential and current customers and management along with marketing, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Age : 32-45
  • Years of experience: Min 10 years and min 5 years in a managerial position
  • Education: A degree in Business administration with a specialization in Marketing or Engineering degree with MBA in Marketing
  • Work experience: preferably worked in the field of furniture
  • Languages: perfect English
