Job Description
- Managing and delegating daily tasks for the workforce
- Ability to apply a suitable escalation process when confronted with breakdown scenarios
- Review on the job safety policies and procedures within the crew, providing guidance and direction for safe work methods
- Ensure work is performed to a high quality standard without the need for rework
- Scope the job and report what is required to complete/repair the problem
- Proactively work towards innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure attendance and punctuality is to a satisfactory standard
- Maintain compliance to the training and induction requirements for the areas that work is performed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Males Only
- 10 years’ in a similar Civil Supervisor role in a large scale mining or heavy industry environment.
- Knowledge of all aspects of Civil works.
- Drivers license
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Primavera and Revit is preferable.
