Job Description
- Drawing up the strategy and business plan to grow the Company's leasing and investment portfolio.
- Implementing the marketing strategy by generating strategic and Business leads and clients.
- Analyzing opportunities and preparing Applications for presentation
- To the Management Committee and Board.
- Developing products for clients in different sectors of the SME segment.
- Managing relations with key accounts.
- Managing and mentoring corporate officers.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in credit and account management in
- Banking or financial institution sectors, with emphasis on SME's.
- Leasing experience will be a plus.
- Excellent analytical, marketing, managerial and negotiation skills.
- A team player, with strong communication skills and
- Decision-making capability.
