Job Description
Manage translation industry projects from all aspects including:
- - Planning,
- - Staffing,
- - Cost and Quality
- Liaise with industry actors to secure operation risks
- Analyze risks and define mitigation plans
- Manage translation teams
- Lead project/client/business partner meetings and conference calls, including project kick-off meetings, weekly and ad-hoc
- Participate in the recruitment process to build a comprehensive global database of translation industry actors to meet continuous business needs
- Continually expand knowledge and education in translation trends and news
- Prepare and maintain department/project documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Solid in-depth knowledge in people management and operations
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent presentation/communication skills
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management
- Problem-solving capabilities
