Job Description
- Manage the process of clearing both imported & exported products within the agreed budgetary & costing.
- Executive level for movement of products, equipment and materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedures and to comply with relevant local, country and Incoterms.
- Modify, create and apply the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
- Monitor financial and currency processes and transactions in accordance with company policy and to optimize the cost-effectiveness of activities.
- Look forward to research and report on future changes in import/export procedures and in relevant local territory practices.
- Coordinate with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities and support in relation to the organization's sales, purchasing, materials supplies, production, and overall operating functions.
- Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results, and recommendations relating to import/export activities.
- Special tasks can be added at any point in time according to work needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position (especially in customs clearance).
- Good knowledge with the shipping line regulations.
- Prefer to be Business Administration Degree or equivalent.
- Very good command of written & spoken English.

- Leadership skills with expertise in talent development and performance management. The ability to identify, select and develop critical talent is essential
