Job Description
- Storing all sales data in data base, through using Access Application
- Managing all data base applications and queries
- Review all third party raw data accuracy, by validating data vs agreed standards
- Continuous cleaning the data and continuous checking about data accuracy appearing in all published reports
- Upload data on COGNOS and validate the accuracy of yield reports
- Publish the weekly and monthly sales dash board by brand by region accompanied with analytical insights
- Provide meaningful reports about team performance by: rep/supervisor/SKU/variant/brand/NPDs
- Provide the progression of sales by brand /distributor /region /month /year along with the distribution scores for power brands and NPDs
- Tracking new launches performance through designing a tracker and follow up with team about new results performance
- Provide monthly closing applications for trade channel performance by brand/ account /region /customer / SKU /variant /governorate along with closing stocks for distributor stores and branches
- Provide monthly closing applications for distribution performance by brand /region / SKU /variant
- Provide a tracking dynamic report for new sales projects with the historical data along with weekly and monthly progression
- Design the target setting contribution for the team on monthly basis using historical trends by rep by brand
- Provide team weekly and monthly commission tracker by rep /SV with detailed commission elements
- Provide analysis for the data to team identifying opportunities and gaps
- Provide the base files to be used in the Power BI application regarding all sales elements
- Provides a calculation sheet for bonus activation with the validation of the activity and spot on the deviation gaps
- Able to design any dynamic report requested by team or senior management to help business take the right decision
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 1-year experience in MIS (management information system)
- Strong English
- Strong MS user mainly Excel and Access applications
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
