Job Description
- Meeting the target.
- Handling existing client’s inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Increase the company’s revenues by opening new markets and generating new clients.
- Maintaining the customer’s loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Responding to incoming emails and phone inquiries
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Representing the company in exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
- Advising on forthcoming services developments and discussing special promotions
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales supervisor
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of Sales Experience
- Red Sea Resident
