Job Description
- Direct contact with the construction market stakeholders, decision makers, developers, consulting offices, clients, governmental & Military Engineering Sectors, main contractors & applicators.
- Follow up of projects in both design & tender stages to investigate the possibilities of introduction & specifying Company's products.
- Assist in design & technical detailing of structural Design and walls detailing for those projects.
- Assist in tender documentation (BOQ / SPECS / … etc).
- General technical support to consultants & engineering departments regarding walls systems and their connection to Civil &Arch.
- Follow up of running projects designed & supervised by consultants to explore new phases & scopes of work related to a proposed non-manufactured material portfolio.
- Field follow- up of large & important projects where the company's products have already been specified, during the installation stage to render technical installation support to the assigned applicator, supervisor & main contractor.
- Periodical presentations to enhance the acknowledgment of the company's products range and services & offer technical assistance.
- Coordination with Sales Dept. to transfer information regarding potential sales.
- Performing general market survey to monitor the need for new products in coordination with Business Development.
- Maintaining project database through CRM.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
- Providing engineering information by answering technical questions and requests.
- Preparing engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
- Online chat, social media support, website content, promotional material & marketing tools tech. content and assistance, attendance in seminars and exhibitions
Job Requirements
- Architectural or Civil Engineering background with min.2 years experience in Construction & Building Projects.
- Proven working experience in civil/Architectural Engineering.
- Preferred Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Etabs, SAP 2000, SAFE, Revit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good appearance.
- Good command of English.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Technical knowledge and site experience.
