Job Description
HR Specialist is needed to Work for Trio Telecom with the following responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Organization Development "OD"
- Payroll Cycle
- Personnel Cycle
- Compensation and Benefits
- Follow up contract issuance and renewals
- Issue Social Insurance Form 1, 2 & 6
- Follow up all reports related to labor office
- Monitor and review vacation balance for each employee
- Generate Cost center reports to be submitted to Manager
- Review resigned employees' data to issue final settlement according to company policies and procedures related to payment and deduction
- Prepare employee files for newly hired to review and ensure compliance with company regulations
Job Requirements
The perfect candidate should have the following skill set:
- 1+ years in similar experience
- Excellent experience in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
