Job Description
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accomplishing all related certifications of ISO and Food Safety.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Monitor and analyze customer complaints and non‐conformance issues
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Evaluate Audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor Risk Management activities.
- Following up on accreditation process for customers
- Ensuring products documentation are available and properly communicated
- Documenting, approving, publishing, and communicating the Procedures and cycles.
- Recommend and follow up on improvement ideas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, (Industrial, Mechanical) Engineering Background is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very Good command of MS office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in tight situations.
- Familiar with ERP System.
- Preferred experience with QA or similar field.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Requirement and any Food Safety is a must.
- Excellent Data Collection and analysis skills.
