Job Description
- Prepare and audit export documentation and issue release empty and gate in full letters.
- Submit/provide all counter release tasks within deadline and mentioned the quality and accuracy.
- Follow equipment department release and return instructions on daily bases
- Review all payments are settled and outstanding occurred before release
- Prepare a list containing guarantees details, amount of the guarantee and the expiry date
- Receive and control all new letters of guarantees.
- Handling, follow up, issue and submit official letters to customer for all state terminal and governmental authorities.
- Triangulation process and getting mail confirmation
- Prepare an initial loading list for barge and UFS vessels
- Maintain export files in an organized and cataloged system.
