Job Description
- The right candidate will serve in PMC environment on the handover process of a reputable resort in Hurghada as he is required to have proactive interaction with the company's team on site and the other parties' team during the process and follow up the close out procedures.
- He's required to prepare and plan for snaging and de-snagging and assist the consultants and specialist in Handing over the project for operation.
- Should be familiar with the requirement and the analysis of VOs and claims
Job Requirements
Experience
- 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel Finishes Experience is a must
- Preferably Architect with 9-12 years with Scheduling and planning background
- Graduated from Engineering with min. Bsc. degree
- Experience from PMC entities is preferable.
- Previous Experience on closing stage including the Handover and Testing and commissioning
- Preferably holding PMP or equivalent Project Management Knowledge
- Use English in correspondences and communications
