Job Duties
- Manage and maintain program Quality Assurance activities.
- Interface with Quality, Engineering, Management and Customers to ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Validate processes and products utilizing established quality assurance policies, plans and procedures.
- Develop and implement an audit plan to assure compliance to internal policies and processes and program requirements.
- Witness build, installation and test of software and software systems.
- Participate in team software design/code peer reviews for technical and process evaluation.
- Review product documentation for correctness and completeness.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve engineering processes and products.
- Collect, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, include trend and analysis of results.
- Investigate defects and work with teammates to develop disposition, evaluate root cause, and establish corrective actions
- Define, develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance methodology and procedures including test cases, specifications, tools, and other technical documentation based on defined workflows, use cases, and business requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:: Bsc engineering degree , computer science or other technical diploma
- Minimum Experience: +4 years with solid knowledge in Software QA filed.
- Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 4+ years of diverse experience in Information Technology with emphasis on Quality Assurance, design and development of client server, web applications & API.
- Strong experience in design & utilize QA framework (Selenium, c#, SoapUI, etc.).
- Expertise on QA Automation tools like Selenium (RC, WebDriver), CodedUi, QTP, Jenkins (CI), Testing, Cucumber, Postman, SoapUI, Test LAB etc.
- Strong knowledge in RESTful API/Soap using JSON or XML.
- Integration testing experience in the complex multi-systems environments
- Knowledge over Microsoft Dynamic CRM/365 added advantages.
- Development experience for custom automation for testing using C# (java) and SQL.
- Expertise with relational database (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
- Familiarity with Visual Studio.
- Strong experience with dev ops tools JIRA, Zephyr for JIRA, Git, Jenkins.
- Generic Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as this position will require heavy interaction with a number of different groups
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders on a project to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently on assignments; self-starter
