Job Description

  • Responsible for writing any English or Arabic letters for the company.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage office budget, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in IT tools
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Managing the filing system
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills & excellent follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent English and Arabic (Written & Spoken)
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
