Main Responsibilities:

Three key areas of responsibility for Marketing Coordinator are:

  • Partner Payouts, Timely partner payouts as per activities launched during the quarter following Vendor & Aptec compliance procedures which involves validation of results, finance approval etc.
  • Maintain & file signed acknowledgment receipt
  • Claiming,claiming marketing funds on time as per internal procedure and vendor guidelines
  • Other Marketing Activities,Preparations for Gitex exhibition together with other team members.
  • Monitoring and reporting results of marketing activities (attendance, feedback, cost, ROI).
  • Helping in planning & execution of marketing activities for some vendors as maybe the case.
  • Maintaining MAF register

Job Requirements

Job Qualification & Educational requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing position with an international company.
  • Previous experience in IT Distribution or Telecommunication companies is a plus
  • Proven track record of executing marketing plans for multiple products.
  • Should have ability to prioritize, multi task & meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • A fluent command of spoken & written English is a must.
  • Knowledge of working with illustrator/coral draw is an added advantage
