Job Description

  • Ensuring that Harvest Operating cycle is on the right track and working as effectively as possible with
  • Ensuring the delivery of instructions and policy
  • Ensuring the process of following up with the customers is going on
  • Ensuring that customers’ needs and requirements are met and build good customers’ relations
  • Dealing with customers’ complaints and investigating in it to improve customers’ satisfaction.
  • Handling & Analyzing the complaints process with its feedback
  • Tracking the escalation process to ensure the best result
  • Tracking & Analyzing the status of current and new customers.
  • Tracking cycles violations and provide it with the needed actions for better progress
  • Coordinating Customers/Employees requirements between departments.
  • Monitoring employees tasks, responsibilities and performance
  • Working on company's quality procedures and standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English Fluency
