Job Description
- Ensuring that Harvest Operating cycle is on the right track and working as effectively as possible with
- Ensuring the delivery of instructions and policy
- Ensuring the process of following up with the customers is going on
- Ensuring that customers’ needs and requirements are met and build good customers’ relations
- Dealing with customers’ complaints and investigating in it to improve customers’ satisfaction.
- Handling & Analyzing the complaints process with its feedback
- Tracking the escalation process to ensure the best result
- Tracking & Analyzing the status of current and new customers.
- Tracking cycles violations and provide it with the needed actions for better progress
- Coordinating Customers/Employees requirements between departments.
- Monitoring employees tasks, responsibilities and performance
- Working on company's quality procedures and standards
