Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Working in conjunction with Sales throughout the life cycle of sales in winning the deal by
- Generating solution for medium to large sized or complex deals that address client Requirements while ensuring Xceltra’s interests are met.
- Handle the required demos, POCs, presentations and client visits for the first point. Also aftersales services, remote support.
Key tasks:
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to our customers that clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of Xceltra’s solutions.
- Act as the technical reference for the marketing and sales teams in the company and answer – or be able to fetch answers for – all technical questions raised internally to help their marketing and sales campaigns.
- Study, and understand all project data related to LED lighting and low voltage so as to respond to RFIs / RFPs / RFQs& queries in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years hands-on experience in Working to support technical submittals, quotations, compliance sheets and lighting simulations to our customers.
- Study and understand all project&data related to low voltage panels (single line, shop drawings, panel schedules - specifications – vendor list - etc.) to make sure that we have all the needed data to come up with good lighting proposal.
- Understanding how LED quality lighting solutions are studied, developed, and tested
- Understanding benefits of Smart Lighting: technology overview and demonstration
- Understand lighting control systems Understanding the indoor lighting.
- Understanding Façade lighting and design.
- Understanding the global trends and challenges of the road, tunnel, sports and industrial lighting.
