Job Description
- Accountable for the architectural definition and execution / implementation of the business process automation using K2
- Lead the Business Process Automation team
- Ensure that the existing Automation Roadmap is executed according to plan
- Lead the design of benefit measures for all new processes with process owners
- Ensure that benefits are calculated according to approved methods
- Manage integration with third party products
- Manage integration with Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus
Job Requirements
- Experience in gathering workflow requirements and prepare Process Design framework
- Working experience in Workflow implementation approach, orchestration, architecture, SOA, process design
- Experience with K2 is a must
- Experience in system integration with third party products
- Experience in REST API and interface integration, Scripting technologies (JavaScript, Shell, PHP, and/or Python)
- Experience with AI, machine learning is a plus
- Excellent communication, writing, time / c, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex activities simultaneously without compromising quality
