Job Description

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans .
  • Researching the needs of the client and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience including proven experience in business development, or relevant field
  • Preferred Experience in Railway Projects Bidding Activities
  • Market knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in BA or relevant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM Software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
