Job Description

Summary:

  • Responsibility for the whole recruitment process of freelance translators around the globe, including searching, interviewing, offering, contracting, etc…

Service Level Agreement with freelance translators (Vendors):

  • Building a comprehensive global database of translators to meet continuous business needs
  • Receiving and handling requests from Project Manager, Sales and marketing teams to recruit and place new vendors\translators into on-going projects
  • Create & monitor efficient Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Create valid performance metrics to manage profitability & effectiveness of vendors and monitor the adherence to contractual SLA.
  • SLAs must be proactively managed relative to language requirements and overall quality.
  • Comply with Company’s Quality Management System relating to Vendor Management.

Support Roles:

Work closely with Project Managers to:

  • Source suitable vendors at necessary margins with high quality levels.
  • Evaluate project scope and make vendor recommendations accordingly.

Work closely with vendors to:

  • Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required
  • Provide support and guidance to solve all vendors’ problems and direct them as required

Financial Roles:

  • Responsibility for outsourcing spending
  • Responsibility for pricing plans, vendor rates & rate compilation.
  • Responsibility for following up vendors payments with Finance department.

Managerial Roles:

  • Participate in strategic, profitable & sustainable vendor management plans & business relations.
  • Monitor vendor performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and develop action plans where necessary
  • Vendor KPI management and reporting

Job Requirements

  • Able to work in USA time zone 3:00PM - 11:30PM
  • Working from home full time is an option.
  • University Degree.
  • Excellent of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • 1-2 years of general experience.
  • Fresh grads with excellent/fluent command in English are welcomed to apply
  • Able to learn new software applications.
  • Understand how to link between different Software.
