Job Description

  • Assists in setting overall sales planes and sales policies, in coordination with channel development.
  • Visits customers periodically to maintain good customer relationship, solves problems and obtains market information.
  • Reviews aging reports and pays direct attention to collection issues.
  • Monitors the market to identify new prospects for UCMENA products sales in his area.
  • Monitors competition in his area and report significant developments.
  • Achieves market share, maintains products visibility and distribution.
  • Develops short term sales strategy and leads implementation to achieve company's business targets.
  • Prepares annual forecast of sales for his area.
  • Continuously monitors performance against forecast. Takes action to meet goals.
  • Enhances area performance measured in sales volume, market share, brand assessment, positioning, merchandising, training and sales support activities.
  • Issues sales reports, identifies variance from business plan and works out corrective actions with concerned staff.
  • Provides analytical support for pricing, forecasting, monthly sales for respective sales area, including budgeting and developing tactical marketing and promotional plans.
  • Prepares necessary periodic reports to channel development.
  • Discusses challenges arising, including sales operations.
  • Works out solutions with corresponding recommended action.
  • Achieves Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the Channel Development for feedback on status of sales.
  • Increases business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Efficient stock management at the distributor and his branches
  • Establishes and maintains good contact with the distributor and maintain updated Customer details of the his area
  • Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his area of supervision.
  • Prepare needed reports to his direct manager.
  • Assist channel sales managers in implanting sales plan.

Job Requirements

  • Very good command English and Arabic.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, MS Project, outlook)
  • Very good management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading)
  • Very good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, independent employee, and proactive
