Job Description

We are looking for an inside sales specialist who should be handling lead generation, company introduction, lead qualifications and lead nurturing.

The inside sales specialist will perform the following tasks:

  • Research online and offline to generate potential customers for our products
  • Contact potential or existing customers orienting them about current products and services by phone, email, etc…
  • Attend to questions and inquiries about the company's products and services
  • Attend to any questions to understand customer requirements and qualify the lead
  • Direct qualified leads to the field sales team if required
  • Update, maintain, and grow the CRM with customers' information
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep organized records of calls, and customer's inquiries

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • BSc/BA in engineering or computer science
