Job Description
- Investigate, diagnose and fix ITS application issue, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on in case it does not require source code change.
- Act as an end to end service owner for ITS banking solution modules as part of applications support team.
- Manage communication between various stakeholders in the application support various processes.
- The job calls for both technical capability and business understanding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, (preferably in business, IS or engineering)
- 3-10 relevant experience in SW/DB development
- ITIL (foundation level is nice to have)
- SW development background (no language preference)
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
