Job Description

  • Investigate, diagnose and fix ITS application issue, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on in case it does not require source code change.
  • Act as an end to end service owner for ITS banking solution modules as part of applications support team.
  • Manage communication between various stakeholders in the application support various processes.
  • The job calls for both technical capability and business understanding.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, (preferably in business, IS or engineering)
  • 3-10 relevant experience in SW/DB development
  • ITIL (foundation level is nice to have)
  • SW development background (no language preference)
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities
