Job Description
- Arrange for daily stand-up meetings, facilitate and schedule meetings, demo and follow local scrum ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective, etc.)
- Properly manage the backlog and aid team in determining suitable commitments for product backlog items and sprints
- Help balance the prioritization of technical debt against new feature innovation and software delivery
- Create a positive and easy communication channel (team, product owner, stakeholders)
- Develop and document quality assurance standards for software testing, aligned with industry best practices. This includes models for building software test plans and test scripts.
- Define the quality assurance aspects of the software development process in order to ensure the creation of high quality software products.
- Oversee QA and test plans for software development projects to insure the best possible outcome.
- Ensure proper tracking, oversight, and communication of QA efforts on each project
