Job Description
- Assess the features and requirements of hardware projects.
- Provide timeline and budget for these projects.
- Manage a team of application engineers to execute these projects.
- Work on technical projects and publishing them.
- Write blog posts (on technical content).
- Write technical tutorials for projects.
- Provide our customers with technical support through e-mails, live chat, and hangouts.
- Collect feedback, impressions, and suggestions.
- Build up a long-term relationship with both our customers and potential customers.
Job Requirements
- An Arduino Maker with a passion for building projects.
- At least 3 years experience with managing hardware projects and delivering them on time with the highest quality.
- Very good researching skills.
- Very good verbal and written English.
- Very good presentation and communication skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Electronics).
- Technical writing and content creation are a plus.
