Job Description
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market the real property to possible buyers
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Follow up with customers, Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, aiming to finish up the deal.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Real Estate(Commercial real estate experience is preferred)
- Good command of English (oral & written)
- Very Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel -Males or Females
