The mumm Business Development is a very unique and challenging position as it requires multi-skilled individual to do the job right.
Below are some of the different tasks this role need to execute with excellence:
- Recruit our business partners "Home based cooks" in different areas and make sure to follow our standardized recruitment procedures
- Schedule hygiene visits
- Schedule tasting sessions hands in hands with business development managers to qualify cooks to join our network.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experiences in customer service or sales .
- Solid demonstration of leadership and influencing others.
- Strong progressive communication skills.
- A degree (from any discipline) is required.
