Job Description
- Responsible for providing complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes.
- Initiate the annual maintenance plan that covers preventive and predictive plan.
- Diagnose origin of breakdowns.
- Dividing tasks between the technicians for maintenance and installations work.
- Follow-up the process of repairing equipment through viewing their reform reports.
- Maintain Office safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Maintaining ISO quality certifications standards, internal quality audit, and programs in quality laboratories.
- Managing budgets and Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Managing stocks of supplies, spare parts and equipment.
- Improve machinery efficiency and responsible for the overall equipment efficiency rate
Job Requirements
- Professional Competencies:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering: Production, Mechanical or Mechanic-power
- Knowledgeable of hydroponic and pneumatic
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
