Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Main point of contact to Manage business relationships with B2B customers, for both existing and prospect accounts. Develop and implement ideas & strategies to improve volumes and profitability. Reevaluate and negotiate contracts to help improve business and develop new markets.
  • Manage agent relationship with industrial distributors for exiting and prospect accounts.

Main Job Duties:

  • Manage and Maintain Business to Business:
  • Meeting with the owners / CEOs of Key accounts to help strengthen relationship at the management level.
  • Coordination with the key accounts principles with in Egypt, for product recommendations, approvals and business tie ups.
  • Creating and developing Value Added proposals, based on the specific needs of business.
  • Working of investment budgets for the B2B segment.
  • Trainings for Customers and joint trainings for industrial Accounts.
  • Follow strategies to maintain and grow Industrial Accounts
  • Conduct Pricing and Profitability guidelines in line with Petromin Industry strategic Business.

Manage Handling Industrial agents:

  • Agent Sales Plan
  • Manage reviewing the performance of each agent before preparing and agreeing the sales plan for the year with each agent. This includes agreeing quality, timing and the prices for all products. Manage the sales representative in following up to ensure that actual sales meet agreed targets for each quarter and for the year.
  • Submit all sales plans by agent and by product to the senior Lubricant sales manager

Manage Maintaining Agent Base

  • Manage maintaining the existing agent base. This includes regular visits from the sales representatives to resolve agent problems and building personal relationships.

After Sales Service:

  • Revise customer satisfaction in its optimum level. This include, but not limited to, the following activities:
  • Samples collection
  • Follow up on oil analysis
  • Compiling reports

Training:

  • Provides training to agents, End users, Petromin employees on Petromin products, their usage.

Management of People

  • Provides overall supervision to the activities and employees of the industrial sales team.
  • This includes; accountability for the results of the assigned business, the implementation of the company’s human resources policies and procedures, staff discipline, performance management, quality and implementation of HSE policies..

Mental Demands:

  • The most important part of the job is to Manage maintaining and adding new/lasting business relationship with agents and Key Accounts.
  • The most Difficult/Complex Part of Job is Convincing Key accounts to break away from their global agreements with international lubricant brands and shift to Petromin for their businesses.
  • The creativity required in the job is to be ready with new sales & marketing ideas to sustain and add new agents or Key Accounts.

Job Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in B2B sector
  • Experience in industrial business handling – exposure to requirements of lubricants to different types of industries
  • Preferably with an exposure to multinational company
  • A good lubricant product knowledge-specifications, applications, testing, competitor products etc.
  • Academic: Engineering Background (e.g. BE in Mechanical / Chemical / ….etc.).
  • Additional Training: Sales skills / Leadership skills
  • Preferred:- excellent Microsoft skills

    Related Work Experience 6 years’ experience in sales field

  • Language skills: Arabic is a must / Very Good English written and Spoken
