Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is expected to:
- Handle initial inquiries (direct & indirect).
- Conduct sales activities through enrollment.
- Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule lessons for customers.
- Meet clients and solve their problems.
- Ensure optimal Language Center appearance.
- Update daily interview schedule with scheduled appointments for inquiries.
- Follow up on unconverted inquiries and inactive customers.
Handle some operational Tasks such as:
- Enter and manage customer information on CRM.
- Prepare invoices, collect customer payments and handle other accounting activities.
- Prepare reports and required documents.
- Manage material inventory.
- Maintain correspondence with customers.
Shifts:
- 8 working hours - shift based.
- 6 days a week- Friday off.
- Work Locations available: Nasr City & Maadi Branches
Job Requirements
The perfect candidate should:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- 0 - 2 years experience.
- Have good command of written & spoken English language.
- Presentable.
- Have the ability to work in a team.
- Have the ability to work under pressure as he/she will have the face- to- face interactions with the clients.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Very good sales skills.
- Be flexible as the job is shift based.
