Job Description
- Acquires new leads and run Email campaigns to acquire new customers and nurture possible prospects.
- Understand the unique industry buyer personas, channel strategy and buying process
- Develop and leverage customer stories
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules.
- Runs Digital ads campaigns
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
- Optimizes the performance of the company’s website and blog for acquiring new customers and enhance brand awareness and authority in the market
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, support) to manage their announcements and postings.
- Contribute to company CRM by updating accounts information
- Engage with teams to be familiar with products/solutions
- Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results on a weekly basis
Job Requirements
- Excellent communications & writing skills
- Excellent English proficiency
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements (traditional and such as SEO/Social media etc.)
- Web Technologies: Word Press, HTML & CSS
- The candidate has to have an E-Marketing / Digital marketing certificate from an accredited entity
