Job Description
- Coordinate the new hires training program
- Ensure hiring the right caliber on time to meet country and business needs.
- Ensure employee grievances has been resolved successfully in line with the direct manager.
- Ensure addressing all employees needs on time
- Manage vendor management for contract staff if applicable.
- Ensure all the employees legal documents are renewed on timely manner with the coordination of PRO team wherever applicable.
- Implement training and development programs for current employees to ensure employee development and motivation.
- Set KPI’s and conduct annual review for direct reports.
- Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed to HR
- Train, develop and mentor direct and indirect reports.
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
- Implement new ideas on reward programs to increase employee motivation and engagement
- Ensure the completion of annual performance appraisal for the station on time
- Implementing station annual training plan
- Creating and updating country succession plans
- Ensure getting corporate HR approval for any new job roles created on country level and creating the job role
- Implement HR and Training corporate and local policies and procedures.
- Monitor turnover and highlight new hire trends.
- Ensure Life/Medical Insurance Benefits are implemented as per company policy
- Support employees in setting KPI”s and objectives
- Create man-power plan and report to HR manager to track recruitment progress.
- Ensure to pass all internal and external station HR and Training audits.
- Ensure Action Transactions are completed on time on the HR system.
- Ensure employee data is always up to date and accurate on the HR system
- Ensure the completion of Probation evaluation for the new hires in coordination with the direct Managers.
- Ensure abiding by local labor laws and culture.
- Adhere with company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies.
- Reporting noncompliance with the company HSSE to the local HSSE if applicable or to the regional HR business
- Participate in setting the man-power and training annual budget Ensure employee legal documents are renewed on time to avoid fines.
- Implement station annual training plans as per set budget.
- Maintain and update the station’s hiring budget based on the current hiring needs, to avoid deviations.
- Decrease Turnover rate and increase retention rate.
- Optimize training cost vs. quality.
- Ensure HR system data is 100% accurate at all times partner
- Contribute to the proper implementation of the station CSR initiatives when and if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience.
