Job Description
Technical Customer Support
- For one of our international and well-known clients, operating in the information and communication technology field.
- Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Offering the company services upon detailed marketing orientation
- Receiving customers’ requests
- Respond to customer inquiries through (tickets - online chat - Skype call)
- Registering and activating the customers’ orders
- Receiving the full deposit information and make sure of that from the customer and transferred to the billing department
- Following-up with the customer regarding his account and services
- Committing to decent manner and self-management in responding to the customers
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Advanced internet
- Technical Skills (Nice to have)
- Good command of PC/spreadsheet applications
- Excellent in written/spoken English
- Good communication skills both verbal & listening
- Team Work (Supportive, facilitator, organized, co-ordinator, deliverer, imaginative, delegator, open-minded)
- Possibly creative thinking
