Job Description

Technical Customer Support

  • For one of our international and well-known clients, operating in the information and communication technology field.
  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Offering the company services upon detailed marketing orientation
  • Receiving customers’ requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries through (tickets - online chat - Skype call)
  • Registering and activating the customers’ orders
  • Receiving the full deposit information and make sure of that from the customer and transferred to the billing department
  • Following-up with the customer regarding his account and services
  • Committing to decent manner and self-management in responding to the customers

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Advanced internet
  • Technical Skills (Nice to have)
  • Good command of PC/spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent in written/spoken English
  • Good communication skills both verbal & listening
  • Team Work (Supportive, facilitator, organized, co-ordinator, deliverer, imaginative, delegator, open-minded)
  • Possibly creative thinking
  • Nice to have dedication and commitment towards work
