Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
  • Manage Customer Service, Administration, and Sales People
  • Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Analyze, evaluate and assess sales territories for own products or services.
  • Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
  • Determine and set goals and objectives for the sales professionals.
  • Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes.
  • Prepare sales and marketing budgets.
  • Analyze marketing trends for own products and services.
  • Make recommendations and changes in marketing strategies as appropriate.
  • Provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales.
  • Working with VOIP products is plus.
  • Working experience in Telecom company is plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
  • Experience closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Teamwork skills, communication strengths, customer service skills, technical abilities, problem-solving skills, analytical strengths, organizational skills
