Job Description

RE/MAX plus is a part of multinational real estate company is seeking for a smart Admin immediately with a good understanding of real estate administer on a full-time basis

Job Duties :

  • Daily reports and follow-ups.
  • Hand out employee applications.
  • Handling costumers requests in phone calls.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer telephones, take accurate requests and complains, and forward to appropriate staff.
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain common areas such as conference rooms.
  • Moderating Facebook, Linkedin, and social pages.
  • Arrange all database records and documents in order that facilitates team operations
  • Data entry support
  • may assist in HR interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Presentable females from 24 to 33 years old.
  • Good knowledge of different social media platforms and technology
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure.
  • Highly organized and detail focused.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiar with social media and Facebook pages.
  • Lives nearby New Cairo district.
