Job Description
- Organizing and coordinating the construction process in all its phases.
- Arranging / acquiring all necessary construction materials in a timely manner.
- Coordination of construction work at multiple sites.
- Ensuring that subcontractors understand and comply with all design drawings.
- Verification of built quantities and reviewing subcontractor invoices.
- Coordination with accounting department project costs and expenses.
- Enforcing quality standards are achieved and maintained.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in construction of luxury residential and commercial finishing work.
- Engineering degree is required
- Architecture degree a plus
- PMP certification is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word required
