Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Assure organizational chart guarantees achieving the strategic objectives.
- Deliver full recruitment services including needs analysis, forecasting plan, employment process.
- Conducting job Analysis for all jobs.
- Selecting appropriate staff and sources to meet its strategic goals of employment.
- Assist in developing PMS and setting Performance Development plan accordingly.
- Analyzes employees' turnover in each unit to know its reasons and suggest ideas to minimize it.
Job Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 Years
- HR diploma is required
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities
- High interpersonal skills
- Results oriented.
