Job Description
- Presenting proposals
- Acting as the Executive Technical Assistant for the Top Management and projects management department head.
- Supporting the business growth and development of new businesses and Clients and working closely with Clients seeking Consultation.
- Searching for new Market potential opportunities and provide related Researches and Analysis for the existing practices of the company and provide Recommendations accordingly
- Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
- Attending Scooping Meetings with potential Clients to present the services offered by “Franchisingate” and to understand the Clients business and requirements.
- Sending Forms to the Clients to be filled with his personal contact data, scope of business, requirements etc.. following the Meeting.
- Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
- Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
- Creates detailed action plans based on strict deadlines
- Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties
- Developing proposals, Providing project plan, resources and develop the related proposal with the required client needs assigned whether as a franchise business model or to prepare recommendations/solutions.
- Defining the project deliverables.Coordinating and contacting the Outsourcing Agencies for Manuals design if not available with the Franchisor (such as: Franchise Manual, Operational Manual, Customer Manual, Promotional Manual and Quality Assurance Manual).
- Facilitating meetings and creating presentations.
- Tracking documentation and data collection, and conducting follow-up studies on projects.
- Responsible for giving out the best solutions to the Clients who are interested in the organization potential business Plan..
- Perform daily tasks to define and monitor each team member’s role or outsourced service provider’s function and coordinate all team activities throughout the life-cycle of a project.
- Monitors production standards for marketing materials to meet the client expectations
- Make sure that all parties are aligned
- Maintain positive environment for the team
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- Business Administration, project management, operational management or relevant field.
- Diploma in business operation, Project management or relevant field is an asset.
Required experiences:
- 2+ years of proven experience in business consulting firms.
- Proven experience in business consultation coordinating
