Job Description
At the Service Operations Center (SOC), you will kick start your career in Networks through:
- Providing first level support, management and monitoring of our nationwide network, ensuring our customers receive the best network coverage anytime anywhere.
- You will also monitor faults through Management Systems and support all functions 24/7 for fast resolution.
- Not only that, but you will also act as a service assurance owner and direct all concerned teams to the right actions for immediate restoration of the service.

Job Requirements
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Mobile package knowledge(GSM-GPRS-UMTS)
- Remedy “is a plus”
- Netcool “is a plus”
- CCNA “is a Plus”
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electric/Telecom Engineering, Information Technology or related fields or relevant equivalent experience.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in Mobile Networks
- Basic Understanding of 2G-3G-4G telecom networks, network elements and telecom services.
- Fluent English
