Job Description
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Managing set and track weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve.
- Motivating the agents to close sales.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5-7 Years of Experience.
- Experience in the Real estate field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a sale team.
