Job Description

  • Design and implement overall Recruitment strategy for the assigned BU.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Screen and filter candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct Competency Based Interviews to ensure an accurate selection.
  • Monitor and apply HR Recruitment best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented Recruitment reports whenever requested.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote and enhance the company's Employer Brand.

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in handling the whole Recruitment cycle for both White & Blue Collars (Candidates with experience in Automotive/Manufacturing/FMCG Industries are preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a relevant major.
  • Post-graduate studies in HR.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Presentable.
