Job Description
- Design and implement overall Recruitment strategy for the assigned BU.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate sourcing channels.
- Screen and filter candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct Competency Based Interviews to ensure an accurate selection.
- Monitor and apply HR Recruitment best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented Recruitment reports whenever requested.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote and enhance the company's Employer Brand.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in handling the whole Recruitment cycle for both White & Blue Collars (Candidates with experience in Automotive/Manufacturing/FMCG Industries are preferred).
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a relevant major.
- Post-graduate studies in HR.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Presentable.
