Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Job Requirements
- B.H or B.Sc in computer science or computer engineering
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Excellent English Language & communication skills
- Working knowledge of help desk software and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
