Job Description
- Defines localization support process and selects tools.
- Provides solutions, on time localization support and guidance to Project Management, Vendors, Translators & clients and troubleshoot localization issues via telephone, email or remote access.
- Prepares software and web applications for localization.
- Analyzes and quotes projects for existing clients.
- Provides training & instructions for translators/vendors on the different translation programs.
- Documents all technical inquiries, develops and reviews content for the knowledge base.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate, Majoring in Computing field.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS technology.
- Working with e-learning authoring tools (Captivate, StoryLine, and similar tools) is preferred.
