Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
Projects Engineer will implement all assigned projects’ activities through supervising external consultants and contractors to deliver the capital projects to the customer in quality, timely and cost effective manner.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly progress reports according to the PM Standard. Keeps the Steering Group and Sponsors informed of critical issues that could jeopardize projects success.
- Issue Project Investment Proposals (PIPs), Implement strict project and financial controls, forecasting, physical progress, productivity measurement, and invoice review / payment.
- Create CCRs for any change, new projects or any modification required during projects execution, following up and close all CCRs actions, deviations and risk mitigation plans.
- Participating/collaborating with external resources to obtain required project deliverables while maintaining and developing GSK intellectual property.
- Ensures that the procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.
- Issue Purchase orders or contracts, follow up till approval and solve all technical compliance issues.
- Monitor contractors’ and suppliers’ performance, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and drive improvement.
- Facilitate preparation of projects business case, defining project scope, benefits, and objectives to support future investments.
- Ensure capital process procedures in compliance with company standards and local legislations.
- Support in the performance management, risk management & governance of technical teams at a site level.

Job Requirements
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- 1-2 years experience in construction and finishing within pharmaceuticals or FMCG
- Good background of GMP
- Good background of EHS
- Good experience in HVAC
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and use good time management to handle a variety of duties.
- Good computer skills (MS office, MS project and AutoCAD)
- Problem solver
- Work under pressure
