Job Description
- Understand the project requirements and brief.
- Responsible for efficiently managing, planning and assessing projects and resource requirements.
- Provide guidance for estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with customers and internal teams.
- Will be responsible in coordinating the needs of “project” between customers and the company teams such as:
- Conduct Site Surveys with the Sales Team
- Obtain measurements for the design of signage, pylons, etc. based on customer’s requirements
- Discuss the requirements of the customers with company teams (i.e. Sales Team, Technical Design Team and Estimation Team)
- Closely coordinates with customer by providing updates and other needs (such as delivery, installation, invoice & payments).
- Responsible for ensuring the execution and implementation of the “projects” based on the inputs of the Project Executive.
- Manage assigned Project Executives. Provide guidance and education/training to the Executives.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are always met.
- Ensure that quality control standards are followed.
- Understand market requirements, customers, competitors, projects, internal and external stakeholders.
- Protects organization's reputation by keeping information confidential.
- In the absence of colleagues, assume their responsibilities in a committed manner to ensure that no work hampered
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering
- 7+ years’ work experience, preferably in signage fabrication Industry / Advertising Industry
